We are coming to the end of another year here at S. Bernardo, and we are reflecting on all that we have gone through, and envisioning the plan for the following year.
In 2021, the pandemic is still present in everyone’s lives, and the changes that we thought were temporary have started to become more definitive.
In this sense, and with the fairs cancelled, we had to move on to other dissemination channels, the digital information and communication technologies, which required working in ways we had never done before. We created for the first time the virtual showroom of S.Bernardo where you can access from anywhere in the world.
Our collections until now presented at trade fairs were presented through videos on Youtube. It was a different way from what we were used to, but the conditions demanded this change, which turned out to be positive because we innovated our communication channels.
It is a constant challenge since the digital means are constantly evolving and we wish to evolve with them.
Despite the pandemic, the world reacted, orders and projects came back in full force, which shows both the perseverance of our customers and ours in continuing to work with all the commitment and professionalism.
We are proud of all the work we have done and thank our employees for allowing us to increase our standards of rigour, quality and innovation.
We hope for the best for the year 2022, a year that lies ahead full of new challenges and where we will continue to offer the best of ceramics, proudly taking our name and Portugal to every corner of the world.
