THE BEGInNING
Perpétua, Pereira & Almeida, Lda (PPA) was founded in January 2013 by Elsa Almeida, Jorge Horta and Fernando Perpétua. The partners continued the activity started in 1981 by Cerâmicas S. Bernardo that was going through an insolvency process at that time. That fact link us to the art of ceramics for more than 35 years.
Their courage and determination made it possible to maintain the jobs that would disappear and also to continue the S. Bernardo brand acquired by the company and being used today as its commercial name.
OUR DISTINCTIONS
S. Bernardo (PPA) journey has been a winning bet, justifying the recognition of third parties, such as the “Exporting Company 2013” award given by Nerlei and the “Ceramics – Portugal does it better” seal conferred by APICER – Portuguese Association of Ceramic Industry. Also all the distinctions of SME Leader and SME Excellence that we have been receiving since the establishment of the company.
